MY FREAKING HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, I'm having a major issue with the Holosun EPS Carry. The reticle is completely frozen. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like the whole thing is glued together. Has anyone else ever experienced this nightmare? Any tips on how to un-brick this thing would be great
